Visiting a city with young children can be stressful but it can also be fun-I know from personal experience with my two sons!
I offer tailor-made tours for families with young children so everyone can have a memorable time in the city.
I aim to combine the highlights-the Sagrada Familia church, the Old City, with parks and play areas where the kids can run around and play.
I shall take you up to a beautiful park, well off the beaten track,in the suburbs where in the beautiful gardens there is a maze. Kids love to run around looking for the exit and each other.
In another park, closer to the city centre, families can hire bikes and ride around the park, the Olympic Village and beach area or go boating on the lake. In the same park is Barcelona´s zoo, which has a very popular childrens´zoo.
Beside Gaudi´s church is a small square with a great play area for children. There are many local fiestas throughout the year that always include activities for children.
There are harbour cruises and cable car rides, too, right across the harbour.
These are just some of the many things that families can do here to keep their children from getting bored and irritable.
